Meet Our New Pastoral Intern!
We are pleased to announce Garrett Heersche as our new pastoral intern, effective March 1, 2025! A native of Kansas, Garrett is a second year graduate student at Garrett Evangelical-Theological Seminary. Send Garrett a welcome message (garrett@trinitywilmette.org).
From Garrett:
My name is Garrett Heesche, and I am a second year MDiv student at Garrett Evangelical-Theological Seminary. I am originally from Mulvane Kansas, but I have been living in Evanston for the last two years for school. I did not grow up in the United Methodist Church, but I did come to Methodism when I was 17 and found a welcome and loving community that I have seen embodied in Methodist congregations around the country. I look forward to working with the community of Trinity Wilmette in working together to embody what it means to be Christians and Methodists!
